Wednesday, September 30, 2026 - Kaye Adams is returning to live radio this weekend, with the broadcaster set to co-host a special one-off edition of STV Radio’s Sunday Brunch alongside Shereen Nanjiani.
The pair will take over the programme on Sunday, October 4, from 9am to midday, marking Adams’ first major live radio appearance since leaving BBC Radio Scotland.
The return comes after Adams was taken off air at BBC Radio Scotland in October 2025 following complaints about her conduct.
Reports subsequently said she would not return to the station after an internal investigation; Adams has disputed allegations made against her. She has since described the period as difficult while continuing her television and podcast work.
Now, attention turns to her STV comeback, where Adams and Nanjiani are promising music, conversation and personal stories during the special broadcast.
STV Radio programme director David Treasurer described their reunion as a “full circle moment”, while Adams said she was delighted to return to STV for the special show with her longtime friend.
