Primary school teacher escapes DEATH…..DEFILED K.C.P.E. candidate

Monday, December 03, 2012 - A teacher from a school in Kisii County escaped death by a whisker after a crowd of parents and residents attacked him on allegations that he had defiled a K.C.P.E. candidate.

Residents said that the teacher lured the pupil to his house in Sameta market on Saturday afternoon. Apparently he had told the girl to visit his house so that they can discuss her exams which are set to start tomorrow.

The teacher stripped her naked and defiled her for hours before he released her at about 7 p.m. The girl reported the incident to her parents who reported the incident to the police.

Word on the incident spread fast through the grapevine and residents who were irked by how police were taking time in arresting the teacher accosted him at his residence.

Police however rescued him from the irate mob. Gucha OCPD Richard Ng’etich confirmed the incident and said that his team is investigating the case and he will be arraigned in court after investigations are completed.
