Monday, December 03, 2012 – Finally NTV’s investigative news reporter John Allan Namu has
quit from the hapless media house and is headed to the Standard Group. Namu’s
departure from NTV has been long coming though he has left viewers, his
employer and interested employers under lots of tension and suspense.
He joins his mate in investigative
reporting Mohammed Ali forming the best investigative team in Kenya.
His deployment however has left NTV
crippled as more and more employees leave to more lucrative media houses. According
to sources NMG C.E.O. Linus Gitahi has been holding serious talks with Namu with
the hope that he will stay but it seems his efforts have been turned futile.
Namu, Mohammed Ali, Smirti Vidyarthi,
James Smart, Linda Ogutu, Ferdinard Omondi, Njoroge Mwaura and many others who
have joined KTN will be unveiled on December 15th.

These journalists are just like politicians. Not surprised at all. And the juice is no longer sweet, they all bring the same news. After a while, they flock another media house.
ReplyDeleteNo wonder the NMG has allowed some silly n misinformed journalist the likes of Makau mutua the political columnist who is not only biased bt a quack who needs to go back to class to learn some ethics and professionalism when it comes to column writing.
