2012 - Jimnah Mbaru, a Nairobi governor aspirant has vehemently denied
claims that he was booed by the University of Nairobi students in a beauty pageant
contest last week.
Jimnah on the on the hand maintains
that he peacefully gave his speech to a welcoming audience and that he stayed
throughout the event. The event was sponsored by the Nairobi town clerk Phillip
Kisia.
Mbaru has emphasized that the claims
are only propaganda and politically motivated.
Additionally, Mbaru has said that the claims are pure malice and
that people should not believe that. He has promised to fight hard and said
politicians should let Kenyans decide who the best man is.
