Guinness football challenge …Kenyan team NAMED


Tuesday, December 04, 2012 - After auditions in Nairobi, Mombasa and Nakuru for the third season of Guinness Football challenge, the final list of contestants has been released. Over 300 contestants from across the country with talents in football went for the auditions and only 16 were selected.

The contestants will form the Kenyan team and they will be facing the Tanzanian and Ugandan teams to make an East African team. The team which will be showcased on the TV show will then contest for the final award of Sh. 2 million.

While releasing the nomination list, Arianne Okong’o, Guinness marketing manager told the media that they have high expectations of the team selected and hope that Football fanatics will have something to look forward to every week after the premier of the TV show dubbed Guinness football challenge season three.

Below are the names of the Kenyan representatives in the team Stephen Githinji, Michael Kirwa, Oscar Litonde, Daniel Mwania, Chris Mwangi, Kenneth Njoroge, Willis Ogutu, Kenneth Karanja, Samuel Papa, Jared Obayo, Awadh Mbarak, Donald Otieno, Kepha Kimani, Francis Ngigi, Gideon Odhiambo and Stephen Mwangi.
