The Kenya DAILY POST earlier on wrote on the 38 year old artist
known for his hits, ‘If I was your man’ and ‘Good
girls’ is set to grace the show, Lounge Unplugged and the
tickets go for Kshs.3000.
This man was a great hit in the early 2000 and interestingly his
songs are still widely requested. His lyrical prowess and rendition is top
notch. In the late 90’s he collaborated with Mariah Carey on a single, ‘Thank
God I found you’, that became an instant hit and rose to number one on the
Billboard Chart. He has been nominated for Grammy awards a lot of times but has
never scooped the glamorous award. This has however not deterred him from
thriving and continually releasing quality music. His latest album, “The
Good, The Bad, The Sexy" is now making rounds.
The date and venue of this event have now been confirmed. The
show will be on Saturday, March 31 at the Bomas of Kenya. Other
artists set to perform are the Nairobi band Different Faces and
June Gachui backed by Eddie Grey. The show is set to start at 6.00 p.m
The man has claimed to be single, so ladies you better prepare
yourself.
