Let's face it: Men can be difficult to understand. If your guy
isn't upfront about his feelings, you may be wondering whether or he's really
in love or still playing the field. While there are no sure-fire ways to
tell--as every many is different--certain signs can help you tell if your man
is in love.

If a guy is in love
with you, he's planning a future that includes you. Pay attention to what he
says about his dreams five or 10 years from now and see how often those dreams
include you. For example, he may talk about buying a house together or going on
vacation with you.
Empathy
He may be showing
more empathy toward your feelings, such as picking up on it when you're feeling
sad, nervous or excited. You may also see that he starts to exhibit the same
feelings as you, sharing in your emotions.
Trust
A guy who is in love
will trust you. He may tell you a secret that his best friend told him not to
tell or he may allow you to answer the phone at his home.
Making Space for You
If he's in love,
he'll start making space for you in his home. He might give you your own drawer
or space in the closet for your clothes and he might start buying some of your
favorite things, including foods or shampoos.
Part of the Family
A guy in love will
treat you like part of his family and feel a part of yours. He'll assume that
you'll be there with him at his cousin's wedding or grandpa's funeral. He'll
feel comfortable going out for a beer with your brother.

Many men do
eventually want children and if he starts talking about children--especially
about children with you--it can be a sign that he's in love with you.

not even have to ask for his help. He'll assume that he's the one picking you
up from the airport after your business trip. If he's handy around the house,

knows, sometimes you have to make sacrifices for the ones you love. These
sacrifices may range from something small such as going to see the movie that
you want to see instead of the one he wants, or to bigger sacrifices such as
missing the big game to attend your best friend's wedding.

close to you in public, he's demonstrating that he's taken. It also shows that
he wants to be close to you for the occasional kiss, hand holding or snuggling.
